The George Henry Suite features separate living and bedroom spaces with downtown Minneapolis skyline views. All rooms include high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, Bluetooth clock radios, and bathrooms with rainfall showers and Grown Alchemist toiletries.

Tullibee restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch with a menu focused on Nordic-inspired foraging, butchery, and fermentation. The Hewing Bar & Lounge offers signature cocktails, local craft beers, and charcuterie boards with meats from the in-house butchery. The all-season Hewing Rooftop serves light bites and drinks with panoramic city views. Private dining is available for groups of 10-50 people in the original vault-turned-wine cellar space.

The 21+ rooftop features a heated saltwater spa pool and Nordic-inspired dry sauna available exclusively to hotel guests from 7 AM to midnight.
